Who I am
A spreadsheet-obsessed, just gullible enough, and here to make complexity simple.
Building interfaces isn't about decoration nor efficiency alone, it’s about resonance: uncovering real needs and shaping experiences that feel both natural and meaningful.
How I found my path
My career journey has been consistently guided by complex systems and SaaS environments. At different stages of my life, I was drawn to technology by purpose — the need to understand how things work, to support people using systems under pressure, and to improve experiences that felt fragmented or inefficient.
I began in technical support, where proximity to real user problems shaped my way of thinking. That naturally led me into development, where I could translate issues into solutions. Over time, design became the intersection where my technical background, systems thinking, and empathy came together — allowing me to shape products that are not only functional, but intentional and human-centered.
In design, I finally found a language that unites function and feeling. It’s about noticing where people struggle, imagining what could be easier, and building bridges between complexity and clarity — the place where structure and meaning converge, and where I do my best work.
Where I am
I’m currently a UX researcher and designer at Cisco in Canada, working on a B2B SaaS platform that supports networking testing and development environments. Operating within a highly complex system, the core challenge is transforming highly technical engineering tasks into clear, efficient workflows that make the system more usable and scalable.
Solid exposure to UX workflows, usability testing, and user-centered design
